Digital Products

Given the nature of services and/or products we provide, refunds will not be provided. Returns or exchanges are also not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read all associated details and asked questions, if there are any, prior to purchase.

All shop items are instant digital downloads and no physical product will be shipped to you. Please ensure that the email used to make the purchase is accurate and can receive mail. KDigitalStudio is not responsible for any digital downloads that are not sent due to incorrect email addresses.

Digital download links are delivered via email and made available immediately after purchase. Should you need or want access to your digital files in the future, it is recommended to create an account.

 

Physical Products

KDigitalStudio gladly accepts returns and exchanges on our Apple Pencil Sleeves.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and must ship items back within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that some pre-order collections may have special return/exchange policies. Refer to the pre-order information provided for each collection.
